ITALIAN NETWORK REALTY MEETING IN PORTO CERVO, SARDINIA

From the 7th to
the 9th of June 2024 the Italian Network Realty meeting, the
first made-in-Italy network for luxury estates, took place. The event was held
in the wonderful setting of the Colonna Resort Hotel in Porto Cervo, Sardinia.
During the
meeting, which was full of interesting insights, several topics were addressed,
such as network expansion, communication development, referral management and
activities in synergy.
We have
focused on LinkedIn and social media campaigns for communication and
development, blog site creation and company profile, management of a new main
site and progress of a Magazine project.
The
speeches saw the active participation of all network members, each of which
contributed in a very constructive way. Among the aspects we discussed,
particular attention was given to the implementation of an automated
communication system, to facilitate and optimize national and international
referral management, to the selection criteria of new associates, as well as to
international and commercial proposals and to association updates concerning
requests which represent the market’s needs and therefore those of clients and
operators.
Finally,
the atmosphere of conviviality which distinguishes the events of this network
allowed the interaction also during the breaks, leading to the planning of the
next meeting, which will be defined shortly. Having the chance to meet again
the colleagues who are part of this network has been stimulating, as always.
